Livia Hotel is situated in the Butrint National Park only a few meters from the UNESCO World Heritage site of Butrint, among dense vegetation. With an attractive brick building mimicking the architecture of an ancient roman villa it offers 11 spacious rooms with wooden furniture and Mediterranean terracotta paved floors. During the low (01/01-30/06/ and 01/09-31/12/)season reservations cancelled at least 24 hours, prior to the arrival date, will be fully refunded. Cancellations less than 24 hours, prior to the arrival date, will be charged for the first night. During the high season (01/07-31/08) reservations cancelled at least 3 days prior to the arrival date, will be fully refunded. Cancellations less than 3 days will be charged the total amount of the first night.
