Bilisht is a town in the south-eastern Albania, 9 km from the border with Greece, about 800–850 meters above the sea level. Bilisht is a town 3000 years old. That is testified by the ruins of an Illyrian castle in one of hills that surrounds the city. The second early settlement is Sellca. There are discovered different ruins. Nowadays, a beautiful street is the Bilisht’s promenade, covered by wild chestnut.
