During the low season (01/01-31-05/2010 and 11/09-30/12/2010) reservations cancelled at least 24 hours, prior to the arrival date, will be fully refunded. Cancellations less than 24 hours, prior to the arrival date, will be charged for the first night. During the high season (01/06-10/09/2010) reservations cancelled at least 72 hours, prior to the arrival date, will be fully refunded. Cancellations less than 72 hours, prior to the arrival date, will be charged for the first night.
