staff don't speak english or italian and the menu in the restaurant is only in Albanian. Nice place, rooms in litle wood houses are charming. Very quiet

The hotel was not clean the room was dirty and dark , it does not smell good ! and we do not stay in the hotel . Nobody was smiling at the reception and nobody try to uffer us another room .
