good hotel with a friendly staff and a parking for cars.
nice view of the sea but the problem is the noise from a night club. Interesting place to visit SARANDE and BUTRINT. |

Very nice room overlooking sea. Staff gave exceptional service. (example - they drove us into Sarande to catch our bus) Water for shower did not heat. |

Good hotel on the sea front. Parking is extremely bad: if you have a large car, just forget it: impossible to enter the spaces. The surronding of the hotel (as all the seafront south of Sarande) is a total mess with unfinished buildings. |

more english language knowledge of the staff would be helpfull; a guest-map with informations of the place (tourist information address, suggestions for excursions etc.) would also help. |

COMMENTS:
A delightful place to stay, very comfortable rooms, idyllic setting away from the city centre. The meals were excellent and the dining room and balcony overlook the sea. The staff made us feel very welcome and made sure we were comfortable. |
