Why Mondial Hotel?
Mondial hotel is situated in the very heart of Shkodra city centre,
opposite the city’s landmark of entertainment built in the beginning
of the 20th century “The Grand Café”. It is a modest
but attractive one storey structure designed to blend in with the
Italian influenced architecture that characterises the surrounding
buildings of Shkodra city centre. Unlike its neighbours the hotel
is a much more recent development starting life only in 2004.
In front the hotel has a grand patio which serves as an outdoor restaurant.
This is very frequented by the locals who love to enjoy their pizzas
in the company of good music, fresh air and in full view of the evening
stroll “Xhiro” extremely popular in the summer. It is
this restaurant that was built first and gave Mondial the fame and
the possibility to add the hotel section which has also proved very
popular. At Mondial Hotel you will find a courteous and friendly staff,
which can communicate in English and Italian and are eager to welcome
you to relax and enjoy your stay.

FACILITIES
Mondial hotel has a total of 12 rooms
of which 4 twins, 5 doubles, and 3 suites. The suites are huge and
each has 2 bathrooms. All rooms in the hotel have en-suite bathrooms
with brand new shower cabins, air conditioning, central heating,
mini-bar, hairdryer, TV etc. The rooms are very nicely decorated
and furnished giving a feel of luxury. The hotel offers a choice
of dinning places including a patio, an outdoor, as well as the
usual indoor restaurant. The restaurant of the hotel with its Italian
and Albanian traditional cuisine, and renowned pizzas is another
factor that elevates the hotel’s standard. Everything is prepared
fresh. Some of these spaces can be converted into meeting or conference
facilities for up to 60 -70 persons. The hotel also offers interenet
access at 1€ per hour. |
