The entrance looks promising, but the rooms are very very standard. Although close to the center, the surroundings of the hotel are less.

COMMENTS:
The room rate - indeed, good value - worth coming back.
But for improvement - hotel should provide kettle for boiling water - essential basic facilities - even cheapest hotel in Malaysia does it.
Others - mosque, market, halal food - as Muslim traveller - will indeed come back - to travel the Balkan countries in future.
Nevertheless, the taxi to airport on the last day was the hiccup - it came 1/2 hour late - anxiety for old lady like me - but the staff was very patient with me. Sorry - didn't get his name. Kudos to all of them! |

As the price goes, the service is quite good. Although some parts still have room to improve. But all in all, it is the lowest price in Albania with quite good service. |

breakfast is in a room downstairs with no real windows and is rather poor
rooms are small and not very nice looking, bathroom cleaniness could be better - still for the price and the location the hotel is recommandable for low budget travellers |

Excellent value for money budget hotel.
Helpful staff, central location(but takes a bit of finding)adequate rooms,nice public areas and a good standard of breakfast compared to elsewhere in Albania.Would stay there again - good choice. |

COMMENTS:
Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Both receptionists spoke at least one foreign language well. The hotel is quiet in that it is away from the busy main street but very well centrally located so excellent for shops, restaurants and bars.
Hot water was temperamental (shower tepid/basin hot), otherwise a good small hotel and we would return. |
