The hotel is very good, but the staff...they don't speak any English, even at the reception. at check-in they don't explain anything, what makes that the next day you have to go back to the recpetion to get a bracelet. Every day you had to go to the reception for your door card...In every country they can make it work for your whole stay but apparantly not there!
The hotel is new, clean (except for pool toilets) but the organisation is bad. The managers are family (hotel is runned by a family), they shout to their staff, don't even say hello to the guests. i had the feeling they are so "upnosed", maybe they have to get a European manager there to show them how to give management to the staff instead of running around with their I-pads all the time. i think if you show respect to your staff, they stay happy & are friendly to the people. |

Hotel was lovely, although still building work going on which was disapointing! the drive up to the hotel was less than pictureseque. Staff very pleasant but service very slow. Rooms quite basic and not really 4 star, overall clean and lovely hotel but not 4 star at present. |

Overall the hotel was very nice and in good condition. We very much liked the pool area and the greenery. In terms of location, we found that it was very noisy as a nearby hotel kept playing very loud music late at night. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and overall we enjoyed our stay here. We will definitely consider booking here again for our next visit |

Thank you for an excellent albeit short stay!
The only critiscms are:
The beach could be cleaner; cigarette ends and so on; this may be because non-residents can pay to use the facilities
BEACH towels for residents would be good.
The noise from hotel next door!
Staff serving should not RUN; this must be cultural but seems odd to us and implies not coping and is NOT peaceful
The Manager was excellent
