During the low (01/01-31/05 and 01/10-31/12) reservations cancelled at least 24 hours, prior to the arrival date, will be fully refunded. Cancellations less than 24 hours, prior to the arrival date, will be charged for the first night. During medium season (01/06-14/07 and 01/09-30/09) reservations cancelled at least 48 hours, prior to the arrival date, will be fully refunded. Cancellations less than 48 hours, prior to the arrival date, will be charged for the first night. During the high season (15/07-31/08) reservations cancelled at least 7 days prior to the arrival date, will be fully refunded. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the arrival date will be charged for the first night.
