Staff was not friendly,- no "good morning",
no smile in their faces,
the breakfast was very poor,
the rooms looked "used" even in"superior" room,
nothing special, not worth the money at all,-
we did not feel welcome in that hotel. |

COMMENTS:
The stuff is not trained to deal with international guests, it could not give any information for tourists not common with Albania.Anything was regulated in a way, that you could not feel free, for example the simple way to the pool. As I phoned at my birthday with my son in a quiet corner at the ground near the pool, I was regulated by the security. The recetion asked us at 11 p.m. by phone, if we would like to use the pool or the sea at the next day (ridiculous!) The pool was overcrowded, because it was a public pool as well as the beach, wich is really unusual for a five star hotel.
The room was extremely small and has the quality of a 3 star hotel with only very basic equipment.
